A. In case of any issue or defect with the products, customers can return their products to us.
B. The returned products that we receive from your side should be in unused condition.
C. Original packing, tags and freebies must be kept intact with the returned products.
D. The return amount will be credited to your CrazyBeta wallet, once a quality inspection is done on the returned products.

12. What is your refund policy?
In terms of any refund against any product, you will receive the amount within 15 days as per the delivery date of the product. Kindly, note that for any cancellation, Rs.100 will be charged from your side and remaining balance will be credited to your Crazy Beta wallet after a prescribed time limit.

13. How long refund process takes place?
The time limit of refund process is 24 hours once we receive the product from your side and after a thorough check of any wear and tear is done. Once it is done, refund money will be initiated to your Crazy Beta wallet.
14. Is there any specific charge for order cancellation?
Yes, there will be Rs. 100 charged on order cancellation from your side. Customers who wish to cancel their previous orders have to bear Rs. 100 as charges and the balance which is remaining will be directly credited to their Crazy Beta Wallet.
